Crew of ill-starred Soyuz launch is poised for a fresh space bid

A Soyuz MS-12 spacecraft carrying ISS Expedition 59-60’s Roscosmos cosmonaut Alexey Ovchinin and two NASA astronauts, Christina Hammock Koch and Nick Hague, is launching from Baikonur Cosmodrome.

Hague and Ovchinin were forced to abort their Soyuz MS-10 mission to the ISS on October 11, 2018 when one of the first stage boosters on their rocket failed around two minutes after the launch.
