Syrian refugee children sell roses on Beirut’s streets to survive

Nearly eight years into the Syrian conflict, 70% of Syrian refugees in neighboring Lebanon live below the poverty line.

With the situation increasingly dire, many families send their children onto the streets to make a living. Youssef and Omar sell roses on the streets of Beirut, often facing abuse from passersby.
