Vostok-2018 drills: Russian anti-aircraft missile troops repel simulated air attack

Footage features Russian anti-aircraft missile troops and military air defence from the Central and Eastern military districts repelling a simulated air attack at the Zabaikalsky Krai’s Telemba firing range as part of the Vostok-2018 drills.

According to Russian Ministry of Defence, the simulation involved radar stations detecting over 30 airborne targets flying at different heights and speeds. Target information was then passed to the S-400, S-300, Buk, and Tor anti-aircraft missile, as well as Pantsir-S medium-range surface-to-air missile systems. All the simulated targets were successfully eliminated.
