01 Bunch of Asparagus

01 Zucchini (Green/Yellow)

01 tbl Spoon Olive Oil

1/2 cup of Almonds

01 tsp Salt

01 tsp Black Pepper Powder

01 tbl Spoon Garlic Powder

02 tbl Spoon Dry Oregano Herbs

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Dry Powder)
