Zucchini and Asparagus Fritters are made using a perfect combination of ground almonds with powdered parmesan cheese and other herbs including Oregano and baked in the oven to enjoy with some amazing Mint or Thousand island dressing.


Zucchini and Asparagus Fritters Ingredients

01 Bunch of Asparagus

01 Zucchini (Green/Yellow)

01 tbl Spoon Olive Oil

1/2 cup of Almonds

01 tsp Salt

01 tsp Black Pepper Powder

01 tbl Spoon Garlic Powder

02 tbl Spoon Dry Oregano Herbs

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Dry Powder)
